for the last week or 2 our seniors have been doing athletics practise. The first sport we did was high jump. There was 2 lines people who jumped on the left side and people who jump on the right side I picked the right side . My first jump was okay The second jump was a lot better
The second thing we did was long jump I did OK in that I learnt that you don't need such a big run up to get far the next one we did Was relays and in that I learnt that to run faster you have to lean forward.
